Once you have all the spaces laid out in your yard and have determined where all the planting beds are going to be, it’s time to plan out what will be going in those beds. This class will help you gain a better understanding of how to design your planting beds by addressing design principles such as form, texture, color, balance, and emphasis.

Park strips are typically covered in grass and are difficult to water efficiently with overhead sprinklers. There are, however, alternatives to lawn, and converting a park strip really isn’t as hard as you may think. Take this class to learn what types of plants to use, how to convert to drip, and how to have better curb appeal!

This introductory workshop is for those who want to gain a better understanding of their sprinkler system. Come and learn about different sprinkler types and sprinkler parts, as well as the tools needed to work with them. Learn how to fix broken sprinklers, and discover how easy it is to convert existing sprinklers to drip irrigation.
